- First Purchase: For new customers, we recommend starting with items under $500 to evaluate our quality and build trust.
- Subsequent Purchases: After your first successful transaction, you may purchase items valued up to $2,000 online.
- High-Value Purchases: For items over $2,000, we only accept direct bank transfers. Please contact our service manager for transfer details and confirmation.
- Customized Purchases: Custom orders must be paid via direct bank transfer. Contact our service manager for transfer details and confirmation.
- Additional Costs: The listed price covers the product cost only and does not include shipping and taxes. Our service manager will provide a detailed breakdown of these costs prior to your purchase.
- Shipping and Delivery: Once full payment is received, we process and carefully package your order. Shipping usually occurs within 5 days. You will receive tracking details for your convenience.
- Returns and Refunds: Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (both delivery and return). Customized items are non-returnable. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will deduct applicable costs and process a refund.

All Hermit Jade products are certified for authenticity. A certificate from a nationally recognized appraisal agency will be provided. For Single-Seed Nephrite, further high-precision testing may be available upon request, at the buyer’s cost.
