4. Customized Purchases
   A pre-payment via direct bank transfer is required before crafting begins for custom or personalized orders. Please contact our service manager for payment details and order confirmation.
5. Costs for Items Under $1,000
   The listed price includes product cost, shipping, and taxes—no additional charges.
6. Costs for Items Over $1,000
   The listed price covers the product only. Shipping, insurance, and taxes are additional. Our service manager will provide a breakdown of these costs before purchase and include them in your order confirmation.
7. Shipping and Delivery
   After full payment, we process and package your order. Standard items ship within 5 working days, and tracking details will be provided. For custom orders, our service manager will confirm the estimated crafting and shipping time.
8. Returns and Refunds
   Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (delivery and return). Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will deduct applicable costs and issue a refund. Customized items are non-returnable.
